- Quarterly Bonus Program (It is tied to factors directly under the employee's control (productivity, safety, work practices, etc.)

- Days 8:00am – 5:00pm (Monday to Friday).
- Steady Overtime available. 50 hours a week.
- OT paid at time and a half.
