RETS Associates, on behalf of its Client, a manager of over 50 MSF of office and industrial assets throughout California, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee an industrial portfolio in the San Diego area. The role will be based out of their office in Del Mar.

Responsibilities:

• Tenant leases
• Tenant Operations
• Vendor Operations
• Monthly financial reporting
• Capital projects
• Property Budgets
• Year End Reconciliations

• Minimum 3 years of experience with a Property Management firm or have a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years experience
• California RE license required
• Strong communication skills and strong reporting skills
