    Job Description:

    Summary:


    An exciting opportunity has arisen at Epiq due to the maturity and evolution of our human resources shared services model.

    As an HR Service Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for Human Resources support for associates, management, external clients, and internal HR teams.

    This role involves evaluating and analysing requests or concerns, swiftly interpreting situations, determining appropriate resolutions or escalations, and communicating resolutions to the Lead in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

    Additionally, you will handle transaction processing and requests for onboarding, internal movement, offboarding, and document management.


    Roles and Responsibilities:
    Manage case resolution for Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR queries from employees and stakeholders.
    Maintain accurate and updated information in HR systems (Workday & SAP).
    Learn and execute HR processes across the Hire to Retire domains within the team.
    Communicate and distribute processes and relevant documentation to employees for query resolution.
    Adhere to agreed Key Result Areas (KRAs) and customer service standards.
    Utilize communication skills to effectively articulate and comprehend HR-related queries.
    Demonstrate understanding of HR processes from hiring to retirement.
    Possess knowledge or understanding of HR tools such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, or any in-house HR tool.
    Exhibit proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    Pay attention to detail to ensure accuracy in database management and meet deadlines.
    Understand coordination principles to efficiently manage multiple

    resources/activities.
    Perform general administration tasks including timekeeping, records management, and tool management.
    Qualifications

    Masters in business administration or Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management.
    1-2 years of relevant experience in HR service delivery or a related field.
    Understanding of Human Resources flow - Hire to Retire.
    Understanding/knowledge

    of HR subjects.
    Understanding/knowledge

    of HRIS tools (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.).

    Desired:
    Completion of an internship, preferably in Human Resources, to gain practical experience.
