- Bachelor's degree in applicable field.
- 5-8 years of experience in commercial lines underwriting claims or brokerage environment.
- Advanced knowledge of commercial property/casualty insurance claims construct.
- Thorough knowledge of claims adjudication processes including legal environment in assigned areas and applicable State Insurance Regulations.
- Proficient in oral and written communication skills computer software proficiency including Excel Microsoft Office Suite.

l iAssist the establishment coordination direction overall program strategies objectives initiatives identify manage potential risks exposures Corporation.
l iSupport activities Risk Management Committee Manager determining scope timing direction extent research required resolve open exposures This includes justification authorization appropriate vendors
l iiReview investigate Claims ensure accuracy completeness before reporting TPA/Insurer Act point contact company ensure claim data accurately communicated adjusters
l iiiAct liaison between Corporation brokers for new renewal business Research prepare reports risk exposure accidents incidents corporate reporting Assist manager completing book Corporate Insurance anticipating future expiration date policies ensure adequate lead-time complete renewal policy process
l ivProactively assess losses exposures analyzing loss experience salient factors escalating issues driving action steps close partnership business mitigate overall P&L cost impact May participate depositions represent Organization trial as needed Maintain access professional trade sources monitors trends Other duties assigned.
