Description

TalentAmp is looking for Systems Architect III that has expertise on Microsoft Exchange (Online) and integrates with other Microsoft365/Azure solutions.

This is for one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ for an on-site role.

Design, deploy, manage, and optimize electronic communications infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft Exchange (Online) and integrating with Microsoft 365/Azure solutions like Outlook clients, Email Security Systems, Teams, and Mobile messaging support.

Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot, and resolve electronic communications issues, performing root cause analysis and optimizing application performance.

Define and enforce Policies & Standards for Electronic Mail usage, evaluate performance, and collaborate across the organization for effective coordination.

Lead projects, oversee daily administration of electronic communications services/software, manage global costs and storage, and mentor development of work processes and automations for increased team effectiveness.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in technology, including 5 years with relevant technologies, or
Associates degree with 10 years of experience, or
High School Diploma with 12 years of experience, all including 5 years with relevant technologies.
Experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Exchange On-premises and Exchange Online solutions.
Proficiency in email/messaging security.
Expertise in Microsoft Exchange (online) and its integration with Microsoft 365/Azure solutions.
Competency in PowerShell for configuration/administration and scripting operational tasks.
Ability to influence and collaborate with other Microsoft 365 architects and engineers.
Knowledge of MS Windows operating systems and mail client applications like Outlook.
