Lifeline Inflatable Services is looking for a reliable, organized, and personable team member to join our office staff.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and keeping daily office operations running smoothly.

Lifeline is a marine company who specialize in inflatable boats, liferafts and outboard motors.
With over 35 years in business, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and the highest quality workmanship to ensure our customers' safety and reliability on the water.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally
Assist customers with inquiries, quotes, and scheduling
Support sales activities and follow up with customers
Help with basic marketing tasks (social media, emails, promotions, and outreach)
Maintain customer records and office documentation
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
English and Spanish
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Basic computer skills (email, word processing, spreadsheets)
Experience with sales or marketing
