    Job Title: Technical Clerical Support

    The position is responsible for performing technical clerical work in preparing and maintaining student attendance data and demographic statistics in an assigned school.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Collects and maintains student data required by the state and federal Department of Education, including transcripts, grade reporting, and demographic information.
    2. Verifies the accuracy of all processed data and takes corrective action to support district and court reporting requirements.
    3. Maintains and updates student databases via electronic data transmission.
    4. Enters course master and inputs into the database.
    5. Distributes student database products to appropriate school offices and personnel.
    6. Communicates with other offices within the building, school district, and other school districts.

    Key Skills and Abilities:

    • Advanced office administration and systems knowledge.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products and ERP systems.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication and time management skills.

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • 2 years of clerical experience with high competency in office software.
