- Process and code vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Perform 3-way match (Purchase Order, Receipt, Invoice)
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Prepare and execute weekly check runs and ACH payments
- Monitor AP aging and ensure payments are made in accordance with vendor terms
- Maintain vendor records and administer online vendor portals
- Assist with month-end close activities and AP reporting
- Prepare annual 1099 filings
- Manage unclaimed property filings as required
- Support documentation updates including SOPs and SWIs
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Purchasing teams
- Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience in high-volume, multi-entity environments
- Experience with month-end close support
- Prior experience in a regulated or compliance-driven industry
- Experience with vendor negotiations or payment term optimization
- Exposure to inventory-based or warehouse operations
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting preferred
- 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
- Experience in high-volume transaction environments
- ERP experience (NetSuite strongly preferred)
- Strong Excel skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
