This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Control M Developer & Data Engineer located in Kolkata. The role includes designing, developing, and maintaining Control M workflows and schedules to support business processes. The candidate will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Control M jobs, ensuring seamless execution. Data engineering tasks include handling data integration, ETL processes, and ensuring data quality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and provide technical solutions is also expected.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Control M development including scheduling, workflow design, and job monitoring.
Strong experience with data engineering, including ETL processes, data transformation, and integration.
Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Perl for automation and process optimization.
Knowledge of cloud platforms, database systems, and data pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams and following best practices for coding and documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role or expertise in enterprise job scheduling tools is a plus.
