- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States

- Assist the supervisor by training, developing & instructing group of employees who load birds (bird crew)
- Assist with all implementation and enforcement of all company and departmental rules, policies, and programs.
- Perform all tasks efficiently while attaining standard, or better, results.
- Complete all required paperwork.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- At least one year of professional driving experience.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- No more than 1 moving violation in last 12 months, or no more than 2 moving violations in last 36 months.
- No DWI offenses in last 12 months, or no more than 1 DWI offense in last 36 months
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to follow bio security guidelines.
- Ability to work a varied schedule (to include evenings and weekends).
- Successful candidate must be detail oriented, have well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
