    *Position Overview*

    * *Location:* Staples, MN
    * *Setting:* OP & IP
    * *Pay Package:* From $2000-$2400/Week
    * *Guaranteed Hours: *40-hour weekly guarantee
    * *Schedule:* Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (No weekends, holidays, or call)
    * *Contract Length:* 13 weeks
    * *Start Date:* ASAP

    *Qualifications:*

    · Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy, with a minimum of a bachelor's degree

    · Valid state OT licensure (or currently in an OT educational program)

    · CPR certification

    · Valid driver's license

    · Must successfully pass a background check upon hire

    · Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    · Experience in SNF, HH, IP & OP preferred — *new grads encouraged to apply*

    *Responsibilities:*

    · Providing supervision for Occupational Therapy Assistants and/or Therapy Aides as per state and federal laws and/or regulations

    · Evaluate patients, review medical history, and identify functional and movement-related impairments.

    · Develop and modify individualized treatment plans

    · Teach therapeutic exercises and provide hands-on techniques to support healing

    · Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress records

    · Educate patients and families on home programs and recovery expectations

    · Perform administrative tasks including reports, communication, and documentation per HIPAA
