- Operate laser marking and welding machines which includes programming, retrieving existing programs, downloading program to the laser, and process the work. (Load, Run, Unload)
- Operate closed box CNC Milling Machines which includes programming, retrieving existing programs, downloading programs, and process the work. (Load, Run, Unload)
- Must know geometric tolerance.
- Determine and get manufactured tooling/fixturing for the laser welder, laser marker and CNC Mill Machine.
- Operate a fine and gross leak detect machine and conduct test to be performed in accordance with company procedures and MIL Standard 883.
- Maintain Calibration of equipment and log into computer.
- Perform minor preventative maintenance on the machines ensuring they are performing to requirements.
- Other duties as required.

Description
Job DescriptionPerform diversified and complex technical duties including computer-controlled laser, welding, leak test machines. Environmental testing, and documentation of assemblies and systems associated with all production and prototype products.
Duties & Responsibilities
Performs set up, monitoring and testing of production equipment in the SPL lab. Working knowledge and prior hands-on experience with general production equipment, such as welding, assembly, and leak check machines.

The IndividualTechnical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience:
Three to five years related experience required. Technical knowledge and hands on Laser and/or CNC experience.
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent or Technical School
Competencies:
Technical, knowledge of blueprint and schematic reading
Security:
U.S. person required (U.S. citizen or permanent resident). May be required to obtain a security clearance.
