Sr. Financial AnalystLocation; Newport Beach, CA (Hybrid 2/3 days onsite per week)JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsible for the preparation of U.S. GAAP financial statements and analysis on a quarterly and annual basis for Corp. and subsidiaries.
Significant interaction with Corporate and Divisional financial professionals to ensure that the financial statements are complete and accurate.
Research and documentation of complex accounting policies and recommending best practices and alternative considerations to senior management.
Prepare complete financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP standards.
Prepare disclosure checklists and support binders.
Work closely with finance professionals in each of the applicable Divisions.

Prepare and / or review financial statement analytic packages which analyze the financial results to ensure understanding and accuracy of the applicable disclosures.

Actively lead or participate in accounting projects.
Ensure controls over financial reporting are appropriately documented and procedures are in accordance with the ICFR standards.
QUALIFICATIONSMust have experience with preparation of U.S. GAAP financial statements.5 years of recent relevant experience.
