    Your typical day will consist of crafting and managing sophisticated CNC programs for tube lasers and other machinery, focusing on optimal efficiency and meticulous accuracy.

    Your role is pivotal in spearheading our continuous improvement efforts, where youll fine-tune machine paths and functionalities to boost throughput and curtail cycle times.

    Beyond programming, you will maintain and operate our advanced equipment, applying a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth production flows.

    Additionally, your technical acumen will be essential as you assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting any machine issues, keeping our operations seamless and efficient.

    We Offer this position CNC Programmer:

    Tube Laser Tech:
    A competitive pay rate of $18-24 per hour, based on experience.

    Third shift hours from 7pm to 5am, providing a balanced work schedule.

    A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI.

    Weekly pay and the potential for permanent hire based on good attendance, attitude, and performance.

    Qualifications for this role include:
    Proven mechanical aptitude and familiarity with high-volume manufacturing environments.

    Proficiency in CAD programming, particularly with BLM ArTube or similar systems.

    Excellent computer and data management skills.

    Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English.

    Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform precise measurements.
