- Assisting the Marketing Team with planning event functions.
- Responsible for managing the Sales Director calendar. You will download all events and keep them organized for an easy view of event specifics including the number of events, sales team attendance, events that need marketing support, event direct costs as trackable, etc.
- Responsible for registering the sales team for attendance at conferences and trade shows. Complete online registration for the sales team, book exhibit space as necessary, book hotel rooms for the sales team connected to the conference, etc.
- Basic experience with graphics to help develop invitations, contact sheets, and other designs.
