    Job DescriptionManufacturing Process EngineerPascagoula, MSAs a Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for the technical oversight of manufacturing processes within Defense Naval Pascagoula site.

    Key Accountabilities:
    Developing manufacturing processes that are applicable to standards and developing those techniques, as needed for new projects and productsSupport new equipment evaluation and installation as requiredInitiate corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product qualitySupporting bid proposals for current and new opportunitiesIncorporate Lean Manufacturing best practices and working in a culture focused on continuous improvementSupporting manufacturing with production readiness, process routings, ERP system support and documentation

    Basic Requirements:

    Associates degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing/Engineering with 4+ years' experience working in manufacturingBachelor's degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing/Engineering with 2+ years' experience working in manufacturingMasters' degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing/Engineering with experience working in manufacturingIn lieu of degree, 6+ years' experience of working in manufacturingIn order to be considered for this opportunity you must be a U.S.

    Citizen and have the ability to get DoD security clearance, confidentialPreferred Requirements:

    A basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principlesSix Sigma Green or Black Belt accreditationPrior experience manufacturing large componentsPioneer the next generation of innovation.
