Responsibilities
- Provide culturally sensitive direct clinical services including assessment and treatment planning individual family and group psychotherapy crisis counseling community consultation education document client progress maintain permanent record of client activity according to established methods procedure meet monthly target contingent on hours clinician works for week progress notes due within 72 hours services preferably same day service identify case management needs clients coordinate other agency staff community agencies have these needs met perform crisis intervention necessary coordinate treatment with other community agencies services participate in program development training programs follow clinic policies procedures maintain appropriate professional standards
