    Compensation: $46 per hour, depending on experience.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Assess and reassess patient needs to develop effective care plans
    • Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes
    • Implement and coordinate patient care through evidence-based interventions
    • Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed

    Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have a Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN), with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is also desirable. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training is required within six months of hire.
