- Analyse system requirements and adopt an automation-first mindset towards systems management and deployment
- Provide leadership and mentorship to engineering team members, ensuring adherence to technical standards
- Offer comprehensive support for production systems while serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in select areas
- Manage and expand the IAM system, and provide product ownership for Azure Active Directory and Cloud Identity Systems
- Assume architectural ownership of the Windows environment and proactively identify potential system issues and risks
- Develop and maintain system documentation, manage multi-engineer projects, and manage stakeholder expectations
- Design, implement, and manage Cloud IAM solutions, including Microsoft Entra ID platform
- Develop strategies for remote access, SSO, secrets management, and access management policies
- Evaluate and mitigate governance and risk factors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Foster developer engagement by promoting security best practices and providing guidance on secure coding techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in system engineering, with a focus on Identity Access Management and Windows Engineering
- Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and solutions, including Cloud IAM, SSO, and secrets management
- Experience in cybersecurity, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessment, and incident response
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
