Job Title: ER Registered Nurse

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in emergency nursing and possess excellent critical thinking and communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, and consults with other staff as required.
• Completes orientation packet and checklist as assigned.
• Cross trains to learn the use of any new equipment.
• Ability to perform a head-to-toe assessment on all patients and reassessments as per policy.
• Uses triage process to ensure timely and appropriate care to patients.
• Able to adequately assess and reassess pain.
• Ability to monitor hemodynamic status of patient and correctly interpret results.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license within the state of practice.
• Current AHA BLS Certification.
• AHA ACLS Certified
• TNCC
• AHA PALS
