Join Our Team as a Quality Engineer

Are you passionate about quality and precision? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real difference? If so, we want you to join our team as a Quality Engineer with an understanding of AS9100D and ISO standards. This is a unique opportunity to work in an exciting industry with the potential to grow into a Quality Manager role.

What You'll Do:

Conduct thorough inspections and audits to ensure compliance with AS9100D/ISO standards.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards across all stages of production.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
Participate in and or Provide quality training to team members and stakeholders.
Client Interface and communication

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in Quality Engineering with a background in AS9100D and ISO experience is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and drive quality initiatives.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Commitment to continuous improvement and a keen eye for detail.
Provide training and guidance to team members on quality practices and procedures.
NADCAP familiarity is a plus.
