    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Develop and design web applications and web sites.

    Responsible for directing web site content creation, enhancement, and maintenance.

    Responsible for basic design, building and maintenance of web sites, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools and digital media.

    Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback and correct problems.

    Evaluate codes to ensure they are valid, meet industry standards and is compatible with devices or operation systems.

    Monitor data quality dashboard to determine adjustments to data in Project Online or Power Apps that need to be adjusted.

    Gather requirements from business for new reports and applications.

    Monitor workflows and Power BI reports, refresh, and data connection within Microsoft Dataverse.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    Bachelors degree in information technology, business, engineering, or another relevant area.

    8-10 years development experience.

    Power BI, Power Apps, or related Microsoft Developer certification.

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including Dataverse ecosystem and SQL Programming Languages.

    Experience with DAX, and strong foundational knowledge of the Office 365 platform, including Azure AD.

    Experience with Microsoft VBA development.

    Superior Excel skills.

    SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

    Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.

    Basic ability to work independently and manage ones time.

    Ability to communicate, collaborate, and build trust across a wide range of stakeholders, with excellent virtual and in-person teamwork and collaboration skills.

    Ability to identify, anticipate, and resolve organizational, operational, or process problems, applying knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
