    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects. This individual will oversee the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Understand project scope and requirements.
    • Manage administrative and field activities.
    • Coordinate with trades throughout the construction process.
    • Monitor job costs, work status, and billings.
    • Create project schedules and manage change orders successfully.
    • Perform basic estimating and solicit quotes.
    • Communicate effectively, problem solve, supervise, and organize using effective time management skills.
    • Attend meetings and maintain a high level of attention.
    • Work independently as well as part of a team.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
    • Minimum 5-10 years experience in Government projects Construction Management.
    • Prior experience directing and coordinating construction activities.
    • Knowledge of preparing specifications for material purchases.
    • Supervising and training project team members.
    • Familiarity with Sage Timberline, Primavera Suretrak, and Microsoft Office Suite software.
    • First aid and CPR training.
    • A proven track record of implementing a strong culture of safety on the jobsite.

    Working Conditions

    This role requires frequent travel to job sites and occasional overnight stays. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
