Job summary
The aquatic manager at Springwood Swim Club will be responsible for everything that is Aquatic. This includes overall management of the aquatic staff, the facility, safety and customer service as it relates to the aquatic environment.Responsibilities include teaching or being on deck 20-25 hours a week (mostly on deck), ensuring lesson objectives adhere to Solar Swim and Gym procedures and methods as referenced in the Training Manual and during in-service trainings,
and educating and enforcing safety rules. The manager must also assist in maintaining a clean and safe pool environment for clients, staff,
and general public.
