We are looking for a Director/Partner level Tax Executive who is experienced in overseeing tax engagements from start to finish including budgeting, staffing, planning, production, first-level or final review, total work quality, and profitability. If you are a High Net Worth Individuals focused Director or Partner with 8+ years of experience and you're looking for a position that offers a MUCH better quality of life, please send your resume to to get the ball rollingWhat You Will Be Doing- Oversee tax engagements from start to finish including budgeting, staffing, planning, production, first-level or final review, total work quality, and profitability- Hold primary client responsibility, and, in some cases, oversee specific areas of client service- Complete preparation of more complex tax returns, reviewing easy to medium returns and researching technical issues- Aid business development with clients and non-clients to expand our practice, and beginning to develop prospects- Concentrate on practice development with both prospective and existing clientsWhat You Need for this Position- 5+ years of Public Accounting experience- Bachelors Degree in Accounting - Experience preparing and reviewing complex returns high wealth individuals, Trusts, Estates, Gift Tax, etc. - Strong working knowledge of tax law and other professional standards/regulationsWhat's In It for You- 175k-220k Base Salary- Bonus- Medical- Dental- 401K Match- Unlimited Paid Time Off- Flexible work schedule- Summer Hours - Friday half daysSenior Tax Managers, Tax Directors, and Partners are encouraged to apply ASAP and / or you can send your resume to me directly at: alex.comBenefitsColorado employees will receive paid sick leave.
