Responsibilities
- Maintaining office supplies inventory checking stock determining inventory level anticipating needed supplies evaluating new office products placing expediting orders for supplies verifying receipt of supplies li>
- Ensuring operation of equipment completing preventive maintenance requirements following manufacturer instructions troubleshooting malfunctions calling repairs maintaining equipment inventories evaluating new equipment techniques li>
- Serving as point contact for CVSOs clarifying statutes monitoring accepted newly hired VSOs certification training li>
- Drafting changes per legislation statutes federal register inputs training manual submission Regional Counsel review comments publishing manual edits commentary received li>
Requirements
