    Description

    Job Listing - Service Desk Support Specialist at Kadiak

    Kadiak, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Service Desk Support Specialist to assist our Federal client in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be a member of a Federally Recognized Native American Tribe
    • U.S. Citizenship required

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide top-notch customer service
    • Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems
    • Assist in software deployment and user training
    • Support various IT applications and systems
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
    • Manage service ticketing systems
    • Offer first-line call center and PC support
    • Adapt to changing priorities
    • Train team members
    • Collaborate effectively in a team environment

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience, with recent ServiceNow experience preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies
    • Excellent communication skills

    Desired Certifications:

    • ITIL V3/V4 Foundations or HDI CSR, SCA, DAST
    • Microsoft certifications
    • CompTIA CE A+, Network +, Security +

    Location:

    Albuquerque, New Mexico. No travel required.


    Clearance Requirement:

    Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain an MBI Public Trust clearance.
