    Job DescriptionOPEN POSITION:

    Position: Patient Access Clerk

    Department: Patient Access

    Location: Deckerville, MI

    Hours: Casual. Days. No Benefits.

    Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a casual patient access clerk in our patient access department. We are looking for people with a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patients.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School diploma and/or equivalent required
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and telephone etiquette
    • Good math skills
    • Friendly & professional personality
    • Computer experience necessary

    RESPONSIBILITIES: The purpose of this position is to provide registration for Outpatient, ER and Walk in Clinic visits, scheduling of outpatient testing, answering main hospital phone line and assisting with release of information requests for the patients and customers we serve at Aspire Rural Health System.
