    Overview


    Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package for RAs with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $ $26 / hour.

    Wage determinations will be based on related experience.


    Riley Crossing Senior Living is looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior age assisted living/memory care residents' physical and emotional well-being for our beautiful location in Chanhassen, MN.

    No CNA MN NAR required, unless under 18 years old.


    Great schedule for a college or high school student whom has taken a CNA course or pursuing a healthcare major college degree.

    This part-time weekend caregiver schedule includes;


    • 32 hours per pay period
    • Day shift, 6:45am - 1:45pm
    • Every other weekend
    • Benefits: (paid time off, matching retirement monies)

    Riley Crossing is one of our newest senior living communities located in Chanhassen, MN near Hwy 101 and County Road 212.

    Opened in 2019, it hosts 134 units of Independent/Assisted Living, Enhanced and Memory Care in total. This location also offers on-site intergenerational child care and interactive programming with our seniors.

    Responsibilities/Job Description


    • Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
    • Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
    • May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
    • Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff.
    • Assists with onboarding of new staff.
    Qualifications


    Required Skills:

    • Ability to communicate optimally, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers
    • Ability to work in a team setting and support others
    • Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population
    • CNA certificated if under 18

    Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

    • High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
    • Previous work experience as HHA, CNA, NA, DSP, PCA
