Job summary
A Patient Safety Observer at Erlanger Health System provides basic care continuous observation of patients and documentation of behavior working with clinical staff.
Education:
Required High School Diploma or equivalent.
The Patient Safety Observer must remain with the patient until relieved by another observer or hospital staff member demonstrating exceptional people skills handling complaints resolving conflict when necessary.
