    We look forward to sharing our mission with like-minded, compassionate people Join a winning teamBilingual SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) w/ sign-on bonus: This position provides evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services for children with developmental delays in areas that impact speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and cognition.

    Speech Tactics provides a collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team of therapists. We provide clinic-based therapy services in our beautiful facility.

    It's what makes us stand out from the restGENERAL ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:2 years of experience is preferred but not requiredOpportunities for supervising up to 2 SLP-As with commission/bonus pay and caseload reductionAssess, diagnose, and treat clients within a multi-disciplinary clinic setting.

    Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective individualized treatment plansDevelop home programs and provide parent education/coachingCollaborate with a holistic team:
    OT, ST, PT, ABA, PYSCH, and parents/caregiversQuarterly Bonus and Commission PayVarious Compensation and Schedule OptionsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS PEDIATRIC SLPFluent in Spanish is a plusMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)State of North Carolina license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)Early Childhood Intervention experience is a PLUS

    Excellent Communication skillsOTHER REQUIREMENTS:
