Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team as a School-Based Virtual SLP.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality virtual therapy services to students in North Carolina schools, focusing on addressing their speech and language needs and fostering their educational success.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
Develop customized therapy plans tailored to each student's communication goals and individual needs.
Implement engaging and evidence-based virtual therapy sessions to enhance students' speech and language skills.
Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall communication development.
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress and communicate effectively with school staff as required.


Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
Preference for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
Demonstrated experience working as an SLP in a school setting, with a minimum of 2years preferred.
Proficiency in conducting virtual therapy sessions and utilizing telepractice platforms effectively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
Genuine passion for working with students and helping them achieve their communication and academic goals.
