    Oracle EBS Functional Analyst - 100% Remote - Secret Clearance

    BizFirst is actively assisting our client with the search for an Oracle EBS Functional Analyst (Order to Cash), requiring a DoD Secret Clearance or higher. Our client, a boutique consulting firm, specializes in leveraging unique skill sets to address complex federal financial processes, IT systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze business/functional capabilities, with a specific focus on Order to Cash
    • Create and update functional design specifications for new or enhanced functionality.
    • Document process flows and support Program Management Office functions.
    • Maintain and update Oracle EBS application configurations.
    • Develop use cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
    • Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
    • Develop and update end-user training materials for new or enhanced functionality.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues/tickets.

    Requirements:

    • U.S. Citizenship.
    • Secret Clearance or higher.
    • Minimum three years of experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x and RICEW (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, Workflows) objects.
    • Order to Cash: Experience with O2C capabilities including Project Contracting, Project Budgeting, Project Costing, and Receivables modules.
    • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to prepare status reports and project briefings for senior clients and project leadership.
