Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of assigned SSD/SSDI cases to determine required tasks and next steps.
  • Provide ongoing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to attorneys and paralegals handling Social Security matters.
  • Communicate directly with clients to address questions, provide updates, and ensure a high standard of client service.
