Job Title: Bakery Lead

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our bakery team as a lead. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to train and supervise others, and maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all activities of the bakery department in the absence of the Bakery Manager
• Select, schedule, and supervise team members to ensure seamless daily operations
• Train associates on all department activities and functions
• Produce, price, and stock products to maintain quality protection, accuracy, and product rotation

Requirements:

• Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of quality and customer service
