    Description

    Job Title: Industrial Process Engineer at [Company Name]

    Finality

    Define and ensure the optimal processes and successful implementation of industrial and peripheral resources, while prioritizing Safety, Quality, Costs, and Deadlines.

    Main Missions

    1- Define the process and necessary resources for assigned projects

    • Participate in project costing within the area of activity
    • Specify process constraints in product design
    • Provide industrial options to meet project/customer/plant expectations
    • Define the process CS list
    • Initiate VSM and ensure monitoring
    • Lead efforts to reduce investment costs within the project
    • Consider Lean Manufacturing and Mecaplast Production System (SPM) standards
    • Specify equipment requirements
    • Contribute to control means specifications
    • Perform process FMECAs and validate technical solutions
    • Manage knowledge transfer for launch
    • Drive process developments and validate results based on customer standards
    • Adhere to development standard rules and methodologies
    2 - Lead the activity
    • Provide continuous support to the project team
    • Organize mock projects to test industrial solutions
    • Monitor project performance indicators and take necessary actions
    • Ensure effective communication within the team
    • Report on activity progress and budget monitoring
    3 - Manage process qualification for assigned projects
    • Define industrialized resources with the plant based on project objectives
    • Optimize decisions to improve results
