We are seeking an IT Customer Support Analyst to join our team in New York City. This is a direct contract opportunity with our client, Trigyn.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, resolving their issues efficiently and effectively. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of IT systems.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat to customers experiencing IT-related issues.
Analyze problems and develop solutions in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in IT customer support.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware and software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
