    OB/GYN Opportunity Hancock, MI $150,000 Sign-on

    Practice Highlights
    • The Schedule: Monday - Friday clinic, with 1:3 call rotation ( second call only ); first call managed by 4 CNMs.

    • The Setting: Clinic-based practice with direct on-site hospital access for deliveries.
    • The Reputation: UGL recently earned a perfect HRSA score , reflecting elite operational and clinical standards.
    Compensation & Benefits
    • Guaranteed Income: $425,000 base salary + $150,000 sign-on bonus.
    • Performance: Up to $30,000 annual quality incentive bonus.
