- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets for finished products and spare parts.
- Build and manage an effective and performing distribution network.
- Identify new markets and product segments potential to achieve best market penetration.
- Accomplish business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans. Implementing sales plans.
- Prepare the annual budget and detailed business plan including monitoring analysis, quarterly accounts and management reports.
- Conduct market intelligence activities such as competitors' analysis, product positioning, and customers profile to ensure suitable strategies and tactics for each customer and product segment.
- Manage Human Resources and Financial Department
- Bachelor's Degree,
- Min. 15 years' experience in sales and marketing roles in agricultural equipment business segments
- Strong knowledge of the Agricultural equipment sector,
- Strong strategic thinking and excellent leadership skills
