Description

This role will be reporting to the Group Chief Commercial Officer. The person will be leading and overseeing all Sales & Marketing and Logistics activities related to USA and Canada. Main responsibility is to develop commercial strategies aimed at achieving company's sales targets through an excellent execution. More detailed responsibilities are:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets for finished products and spare parts.
• Build and manage an effective and performing distribution network.
• Identify new markets and product segments potential to achieve best market penetration.
• Accomplish business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans. Implementing sales plans.
• Prepare the annual budget and detailed business plan including monitoring analysis, quarterly accounts and management reports.
• Conduct market intelligence activities such as competitors' analysis, product positioning, and customers profile to ensure suitable strategies and tactics for each customer and product segment.
• Manage Human Resources and Financial Department

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree,
• Min. 15 years' experience in sales and marketing roles in agricultural equipment business segments
• Strong knowledge of the Agricultural equipment sector,
• Strong strategic thinking and excellent leadership skills
