    Maintenance Specialist - Full-Time

    Great opportunity to join our expanding practice and be part of our commitment to bringing empathy, compassion and a remarkable imaging experience to the communities we serve Princeton Radiology Associates is a physician group practice providing diagnostic imaging services at ten imaging centers and two hospitals in New Jersey.

    Princeton Radiology Associates is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Specialist to work at our Central Jersey offices.

    Summary of Position:

    The Maintenance Specialist performs a variety of advanced skilled maintenance, repair, alteration and building construction tasks related to all facilities and equipment within a broad framework of standard policies and procedures. This position requires skills including minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, basic mechanical work and supervises vendors.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent with ten (10) years maintenance or related experience required.
    • Must provide own vehicle; preferably pickup truck or trailer van.
    • Valid drivers license and safe driving record required.
    • Must have own tools.
    • General contractors license preferred.
    • Knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures in area(s) of specialty.
    • Familiar with local building codes and OSHA regulations.
    • Ability to lift heavy equipment and moving of equipment (up to 50lbs).
    • Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and patients.
    • Ability to work any time of day as the job dictates many functions need to be performed "off" hours when patients and staff are gone. Available 24/7 on-call for emergencies.
    • Strong organizational and resolution skills.
    • Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings.
