- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, serving as the main point of contact for their needs and inquiries.
- Channel Strategy Execution: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligned with the company's market objectives.
- Sales Enablement: Provide training and support to channel partners on product offerings, sales processes, and marketing resources; ensure partners are equipped with tools to position and sell.
- Performance Management: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions; forecast partner contributions to revenue goals.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to align channel initiatives with broader company goals; communicate market insights and partner feedback to refine strategies and product offerings.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing channel partnerships
- Strong understanding of channel sales models and go-to-market strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics efficiency preferred) and LinkedIn
- High levels of professionalism and personal drive
- Team player: ability to work on a team in a collaborative environment
- Fluent in other languages are an asset
- Microsoft Office Suite 365
- Ability to travel as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment
- 2+ years sales experience with SaaS product(s) – (experience in the EHS industry is preferred, but not required)

Overview of the position
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Strategic Alliances Manager to join our team. This role focuses on identifying, developing, managing, and expanding relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and mutual success. You will be responsible for finding and onboarding new partners, supporting their success, and ensuring alignment with Enhesa's sales and marketing strategies.
