Summary of Job Duties:
The Online Student Coach's primary responsibility is to provide student support coaching services for current online students.
This position is responsible for the continual innovation and implementation of top tier student support services for online students at the University of Arkansas.
This support includes moderating a student social media platform, host webinars, and research tasks as assigned. The Online Student Coach reports to the Online Student Coaching Coordinator.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
