JOB SUMMARY
ONEOK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to provide support and technical assistance for rotating equipment across our Kansas Frac and Storage Assets to maximize effectiveness of our existing equipment and provide recommendations for new solutions.
This individual will serve as a key contact for internal customers and will be responsible for addressing inquiries, troubleshooting, and educating employees on preventative and predictive technologies.
The ideal candidate has a passion for excellent customer service, advanced communication skills, proven troubleshooting experience, Processing Plant Operational experience/understanding, an understanding of rotating equipment, and a good working knowledge of current predictive technologies.
An ideal candidate would also have experience within CMMS (Maximo), vibration technologies, thermography technologies, and centrifugal pumps.This role collaborates closely with Maintenance to deliver meaningful data and recommendations to support reliable Operations.
