The Customer Support Rep serves as a key liaison between customers, production and internal teams to ensure accurate scheduling smooth order flow and on-time delivery.• Position Overview:
• Required Experience & Skills: Minimum 3 years of scheduling experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
