    Primary Location: This full-time, salaried position is a hybrid role based in Lancaster, CA with some remote.

    Travel: Candidates must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time to manage projects, attend meetings, or conduct site visits as necessary.

    Do you fit well with a small collaborative team? We seek a sharp Project Manager to oversee a $5 million annual project portfolio. Lead 40+ diverse low-voltage electrical projects from start to financial success. Drive profits through strategic planning, resource management, and proactive problem-solving. Your role: ensure smooth execution, uphold quality standards, and foster collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage multiple projects using Procore and MS Project
    • a core team (Superintendent, Assistant PM, Drafter and indirectly manage technicians.
    • project scheduling and use Procore and Microsoft Project for Construction planning.
    • 3 years managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Manage Change Orders, RFIs, and maintain project integrity.
    • regulatory compliance and manage project documentation.
    • Procore for project management and drive system creation.
    • Provide weekly updates on project status, reporting, billing, and communicating project progress to COO.

    Required:

    • 4 years of Project Management in the Construction industry.
    • 3 years of Procore Construction management software to manage the life cycle of projects within construction.
    • 3 years of direct Supervisory experience.
    • Proficiency with MS Project, Teams, Excel, Outlook.
