Job summary

Mentor Community Services believes children belong in the family home whenever it is safe and possible. We help families of youth at risk with complex mental health, behavioral and other needs overcome the challenges they face together.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home and community based supports - connect child and family to resources (schools, parks, recreation etc.)
  • Attend review hearings and Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings
