    Piper Companies is currently seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer for an opportunity in Lancaster, Pennsylvania (PA), to join a contract manufacturer for the medical device industry.
    Responsibilities of the Sr.

    Manufacturing EngineerCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop manufacturing quotes, designs, and work instructions, acting as a subject matter expert for manufacturing processesDrive implementation of manufacturing processes requiring qualification/validation, managing projects and process innovationDevelop and maintain fabrication and assembly methods, estimate manufacturing costs, and conduct design reviews for accuracy and integrity of productsTrain employees, troubleshoot production equipment, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain communication with manufacturing for process improvementsQualifications of the Sr.

    Manufacturing Engineer7+ years of hands on experience in stainless or titanium metal processing (precision cutting, machining, bending, welding, & cleaning) in a GMP environmentHighly skilled in CAD/CAM software, CNC programming, and project managementExperienced in developing, implementing, and maintaining methods & routings in the fabrication and assembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final medical devicesBachelor of Science in Engineering is requiredCompensation for the Sr.


    Manufacturing EngineerSalary Range :
