Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Returns and Warranty Evaluation Specialist to join the Revelyst Golf & Technology platform team.This position serves as the key link between Customer Support teams, Inventory, and Finance to ensure returned products are accurately received, evaluated, processed,
and documented within required timelines.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of assessing product condition and warranty eligibility with precision and consistency.
- This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Inventory Control.
- The role involves receiving and logging all returned products from consumers,
dealers,distributors,and retail partners into NetSuite or designated systems.
