Job summary
The office facilitator provides administrative and secretarial support to the business manager and executive director. They ensure harmonious interaction with staff members and maintain patient experience satisfaction. Additional functions include maintaining computer database entry/update, filing maintenance, written correspondence, minor administrative detail assistance in meeting day-to-day department needs supporting initiatives and performance improvement activities other activities as needed directed by business manager/executive director.
