- Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters academic and social-emotional growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student success.
- Utilize effective behavior management strategies to promote a positive learning environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Illinois Professional Educator License with LBS1 endorsement.
- Experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
